Which is why you hire a coach w/ experience. 7-10 years minimum for OCs.
Failure is probably the best teacher in coaching (as in a lot of other professions). Would rather Ty had already faced his share AS A D1 COACH.
Love the guy in every sense (really, is there a better, classier dude out there?), but if he stays beyond this season I see this getting worse before it gets better.
