And I think this has been the missing link all along. There was no team
identity or team leader.
It really does feel like Jake Heaps all over again...and good QB, but horrible leader (not saying Mangum is a bad leader, but he doesn't act like one on the field or on the side line).
Vocal leaders are needed. And if they aren't vocal, they show it with their play on the field. I don't see many players meeting ANY of those requirements except perhaps Fred. I'm glad he took this step.
