They are losing fans that have been huge supporters for years. I don't spend nearly the time, energy or money on BYU football that I used to. The product doesn't support the previous level of commitment I was giving. Would rather spend my time and energy on things that aren't so frustrating. I think there are a lot of fans that feel this way.
