It took LaVell five seasons to really get things going.
LaVell was not stellar in his first four seasons.

He lost his first 4 bowl games and went 8 years before winning the Miracle bowl.
Kalani is the right guy for the job and is turning the poly tide. I am thrilled to have him coach and can live with a few seasons while they get things going.
