No. Scheme matters a lot. It dictates everything you do, and every style doesn't work. You can't just throw a style out
there and expect it to work because you have talent. Look at UCLA. If you want to run the ball and play defense, you'll need players that fit that scheme. If you want to play tempo, you'll need players for that.
