I think it's fair to critique performance and the results of the work they are doing. It's a career that they've chosen as coaches and the public scrutiny comes with the job. I think that fans should never critique the person and should never, ever, ever go after their family. I think it's ok to say they stink as a coach, but not that they are a terrible person.
