Maybe the strength and conditioning coaches should be paid more
I know a lot of people don't like Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes around here, but I went to grad school there. Mickey Marrotti's official title is "Assistant AD for Sports Performance." You can read a bit more about him here:

It just goes to show that the S&C coaches can make a huge difference--and not just in athletic performance, but also in morale and overall discipline.
