when Beck to Harline happened. I lost my mind, running around the stadium like a complete fool. After a good twenty minutes of celebration, my brother and I walked back to the car parked in the nearby neighborhood to the south of Rice Eccles "Stadium". My hatred for all things Yewt began during that walk. Profanities I didn't know existed were yelled at me by grown men, along with many threats to GTFO of their turf ASAP. We got in our old, crappy red 1992 Pontiac Bonneville and drove away, half in fear and half in elation. My true BYU fandom started much earlier, but was solidified that day.

I was present during the Jimmer games, on a mission during the Andrew George game (you're welcome), and many women Volleyball victories. I was not present at the following football losses: 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017. My presence bears significant weight on the outcome of the game. Please allow my yewt hatred to fuel us to victory.

If I win, I will take my brother who attended the 2006 football game with me. I will also take my wife, a converted Ute, and my father, the source of our fandom.
