He was ready for a change. I know it seems silly to say given the current state of the program but BYU wants to be a top 25 team AT THE END OF THE YEAR, not for a week or two in September before Utah or somebody else dismantles us, then Bronco beat the 5-6 MWC teams on the schedule to pad the win loss record and we go to a crappy bowl.
Again... I know compared to this year. That sounds great. That’s not the argument. Kalani was hired to take the program from the respectable position Bronco had it in and maybe reach the next level. OBVIOUSLY thus far it’s been a bust.
