His MO is to put others out in front of him to serve as personality. Both with
players, fans & media.
At the same time, Dr. Bob seems secure in his own skin--& is tight w a wide range of people types. I tend to think a lot of the fears about him are based on shallow premises--that ultimately shouldn't weigh too heavily in our search for a viable HC.
