Yeah, because every good player ever started out as good as they will ever get,

and no transfers that have to sit out a year are ever good, and RM's don't need a year to get back into shape before playing.

I'm hopeful for these guys and think a few of them will be studs. I just don't trust the coaching staff to use them to their full abilities. The talent is there though.
