Happen to see who got fired today? Mora proves talent does not trump coaching. Program after program, both P5's doing poorly, and lower end teams doing well, prove every year that talent absolutely does not trump coaching. Like ever. A great coach can win and at least reach a ceiling wherever it may be, with average talent. A bad coach can lose and lose and lose with all the talent he could ask for.
