The problems aren't with the schemes, but with culture, effort, and execution
Some (a lot?) of that has to do with youth and injuries. But the culture appears to be far to lax, and that falls on the HC IMO. I think the schemes and playcalling have been pretty good overall, but far too many mistakes. This points to lack of good practice, lax coaching, and failure to hold players accountable.

If I was confident that Sitake will/could change the culture in the offseason, I'd want to give him another year to fix it. But I'm not. Maybe he can change my mind, but I haven't heard from him that he understands that he is the root of the problem.
