If they are bringing 8 into the box you leave the TE in single coverage in the middle, especially when you are playing 3 and 4 wides which we frequently did. Should be some easy completions.

Can someone please go through and see how often they were actually bringing that many into the box?  I think the "8 in the box" all the time is simply not accurate, and can be beaten with double tights and a wildcat - especially when their DLine and linebackers were so small.
