REPLACE CO-OC with assistant OC
Replace CO-OC with assistant OC, you can't have equal head coaches. New OC with DETMER as assistant OC and detmer is QB coach. There are very few NCAA teams that run an offense with the QB under center. A QB has about 2 to 3 seconds in the pocket and placing the QB under CENTER takes up about 1 second in a passing situation.
The new OC should be a P5 calibre coach with extensive P5 experience at the P5 level, a great recruiter for QB and RB. If BYU is to develop a good POCKET passer they need bigger stronger and faster RB and a big OFFENSIVE line.
The NEW OC needs to implement Wide Receiver strategy where receivers can BLOCK as well as catch the ball.
