Spent a lot of time getting to know him and all he wanted was a shot. Freshman year 2016 he tore his ACL and was coming back ever since. He didn't really get a chance in spring ball 2017 after being out a whole year, same thing for fall camp. He put in a lot of extra training outside of practice since March... I had a brother walk-on at BYU and was overlooked and even cut but he kept trying and eventually was a scholarship athlete that started. This kind of success story ought to be applauded wherever an athlete finds his niche, kid is just trying to follow his dream.
