Two of those coaches are not FBS-caliber coaches. One of them does appear to be gaining some traction as being able to coach at this level. If Detmer hired all three on his own then I seriously question is ability to judge coaching talent and competency. If they were all hired by Kalani then perhaps Detmer could escape their being on staff.
