Yes if you have a 12v charger you could charge each one independently for a few
Hours and then hook them back up. I dont think just charging one will provide enough voltage. Starting batteries need high voltage as they are considered discharged below about 12.2V. If they are below 12V they are basically dead and probably not repairable.
