I grew up going to the parade and will always hate it.
Waking up at 4am on Thanksgiving, driving into the freezing city to wait around for hours, only to watch giant balloons and lame marching bands walk by all day. No thanks.
At least watching it on TV on the east coast it doesn’t play at the same time as football. West coast re-watches are always at the same time as the Lions game. Thanksgiving is for football.
