I think people that eat only gluten free have no idea how bad their food is to

the rest of us. She probably sincerely believed that the gluten free pies tasted better (not that she would be a valid judge of that). Embarrassing way to learn the truth. Her husband should have explained it to her before she made up her mind, but he probably didn't want to risk her ire.
