Then why did the Thunder fold after six seasons?
How is Vegas a hockey town if there hasn’t be a pro hockey team, even ECHL/AHL, for 17 years?
I’d never consider Salt Lake a hockey town and we’ve had pro hockey here consistently for 40 years between the golden Eagles and the AHL and ECHL iterations of the Grizzlies.
