I agree with most of your points, but I keep wondering everytime its brought

up that a player should be benched, "What if that's the best we have?" What if the lack of passion is due to guy's whining attitudes? What if they resent/disrespect/take advantage of the new staff to the point that the whole culture is trashed? Just wondering out loud.
