POLL: Past employee (terrible at her job, very unprofessional) just asked if she could list me as a reference on her application for a different job within our district. What is the best way to handle this?
We have always had a casual work relationship. She worked with us for one year and chose not to return for the following year on her own. I would not hire her back and would not want her working in our district.
