I grew up eating eggs fried, scrambled, omelets, and hard boiled made by my mom. By hard boiled, I mean VERY hard boiled. If it wasn’t completely hard - it wasn’t done.

And that’s the way it’s been my whole life. I learned to make fried, scrambled, omelets, and hard boiled eggs. I recently tried soft boiled eggs and medium boiled eggs.

So my stupid food discovery took me until now to find: medium boiled eggs. They are awesome. If you were raised with no egg variety like me - try them.
