I read it and thought "who in the world would send that message directly to a kid". I'm sure I'm especially sensitive to the fact he's my kids friend and an unbelievable kid. Found out he is the CEO of a company I've used well over a decade and yes, it made me wonder why I'd continue supporting his business. That was my gut reaction...
