Your post seemed to hint that he wouldn't have withdrawn if there was no NCAA investigation, I'm disagreeing. The fact that the investigation has drawn out this long is most likely a byproduct of him withdrawing, because now there's no hard timeline and as long as they rule by October, then there's no difference.
