(no paper towels) and where the door has to be pulled open into the bathroom (so I have to pull a handle to exit). I frequent a public restroom that meets this criteria and I'd say about half or more of the people I encounter using the restroom simply walk out without washing their hands, both after using the urinal and after using the stall. Even though I wash my hands, I can't just use a paper towel to open the door, I have to touch the handle of the door to exit the bathroom that the guy who hasn't washed has just touched. To make it worse, this is in a food court. What a great way to prepare to eat.
