Wow you guys are a sensitive bunch.
First of all, I could care less what you think of Coach K. It’s actually quite comical how anything he says/does sets you guys off.
So, make no mistake that this is not in defense of the coach - just the facts.
That facts are that the whole reason Larry mentioned this to the media was to give kudos to the kid. So much fat that, at least with this bunch of thin skins.
Secondly, his reference to “had this” happening earlier” is going all the way back to the weeks after “the incident.” Larry called Rose to talk about it and Rose didn’t respond. So, yes, had their been some conversing shortly after the game then we likely would have moved on. But since Rose, Emery, nothing from BYU came (just the WCC), Larry decided to heck with BYU.
But go ahead. Take offense. It’s what makes you bunch so enigmatic.
