I hope everyone realizes that the right OC hire will help solve part of the problem if they bring accountability, execution and hard work to that side of the ball. If the rest of the team doesn't follow suit it won't end well.

Kalani needs to fix culture first. Then put the right pieces in place and success will follow. It will be interesting to see if he can fix the culture. One hire is not going to solve the problem.
