All the evidence is mounting and is pointing directly to Kalani as the main
problem with the program. There are plenty of other issues but I seriously believe Kalani deserves the majority of the blame.

We are hearing the culture is wrong from a variety of sources. How Kalani has chosen to run the program was the wrong tactic. I think he can self correct but what needs to be done probably doesn't fit with his personality.

Replacing Ty isn't going to solve a ton unless Kalani changes his ways.
The defense isn't going to get a lot better unless Kalani changes his ways.

I hope he can change his ways but I wouldn't give great odds on that happening. He'll be around for another year and that is it. Even if the record improves because of marginal improvements in the offense and defense, those on the inside of program will still see the overriding issues and be setting the stage for him to leave.
