Everyone who may have insight indicates that the football program lacks discipline and accountability.  That falls squarely on the shoulders of the head coach.  Ty struggled this year.  No doubt.  The disappointment is that Kalani lays plenty of blame at Tys feet, without laying out what he as head coach can and must do.
