Some coaches, like teachers I had in school just command respect.  There is characteristic that some people have that makes you want to listen and learn.  They instill confidence and trust and you feel like you want to follow their every lead or you will be left out.

They say that games are won in the TRENCHES and GRIMES knows how to turn wishful thinking into RESULTS. If GRIMES is hired, BYU could attract bigger, faster and stronger LINEMEN and therefore BIGGER and faster RUNNING backs and the biggest benefit is that BYU will be back in the BLOCKING business at all levels, not just linemen but receivers and RUNNING BACKS.
