This is a pretty interesting interview with the Running Back Coach for Green Bay, Coach Sirmans, on Jamaal Williams development throughout the season and why he has now become the workhorse back for Green Bay. Not that fellow rookie Aaron Jones has diminished in skills, more that Jamaal has finally relaxed into the Pro Game, and his talent as a great runner, blocker and pass receiver makes him a "complete, every down" back.

He describes how and why Jamaal gets so many yards after contact. It's worth watching, pretty matter of fact and interesting.

Seeing Jamaal's success catching the ball (7 receptions last week), too bad he wasn't utilized more in that role while at BYU.
