I hope that commanding presence pays off and rubs of on KS who I know is trying to right the ship. The fact that he has done so poorly so far makes me question whether he has that ability, but it sounds like his efforts are in the right direction.

Grimes seems like a nice hire to me. No one knows how he will do, but I can't think of a better prospect given our restraints.
