excited about this hire. I didn't think we had the chance. Here is a true story. I went to BYU with my brother-in-law to watch a practice when Grimes was OL coach. I saw him there with his funny hat and asked and my bro-in-law said it was Grimes. I watched him run them against what appeared to be the DL. Then I heard Grimes yell above the other sounds: "You don't know what the he** you're doing!" At first I was a little bit shocked to hear that on the BYU practice field, but then I laughed a little bit. The take away - Grimes will yell at anyone and everyone on the offense, players, coaches, etc. He might even yell at the DL or other defensive players once in awhile. He will get in the faces of the players. If you're talking about someone who will change the culture and expect them to obey the standards (even though he is not LDS, he's pretty dang good guy) this will be the guy to hold them to it. He might even kick a few guys off the team. And they had better perform for him in practices, etc. because if they don't, it won't be pretty. Yeah, I think we'll get our culture change from a non LDS guy.
