my feeling is with grimes it establishes the dynamic they had at Utah, this will enable Kalani to remain the good cop, while grimes can be the bad cop ie source of accountability. Players will respond, when there is a firm sense of accountability you always know where you stand and can perform. I will say this about grimes he talks the talk.
