For me, it was the double standard
I actually found it refreshing at first. A coach came out and called awful awful.
But it morphed into scapegoating and distancing himself, the head coach, from the problem.
Then our D showed up rather hapless itself on multiple occasions without the same scrutiny.
That's when it started turning me off. I'm a Kalani guy but have lost respect for him over this stuff.
