successful as a HC. He very likely has to find solutions for some core organizational qualities through assistants, but I think (& hope) he's smart enough to figure that out.

For the record (as you might know), I was a big Anae advocate. Despite his perceived personality shortcomings, I thought he had the makings of a better HC than Bronco. But even if he had been given the chance as HC he woulda needed a recruiter the quality of Kalani to establish greatness at BYU.

Between Grimes & Lamb (both of whom I really like), hopefully Kalani can get his bearings & establish a excellent culture & working system in the next few years.
