Coaches leaving for head jobs or higher pay isn't a bad thing. You seem to be alluding to the fact it is here.
And players leaving over lack of PT is nothing new. 2 players you mentioned is far from some sort of crisis. Not sure why you took that tone here. Happens all the time. And more players left the football team in the last offseason you didn't mention, and it was hardly a ripple.
