James Franklin is #10, and his current deal is 6 years for $34.7M. He hasn't been at Penn State that long, so I could see it.

A lot of these Top 25 coaches are being paid over $6M per year, so BYU wouldn't be a huge raise in compensation (depending on how much of the $75M is guaranteed) and they'd have to deal with the honor code and a lower profile position.
