If California passes this bill, it will disqualify CA schools from participation in NCAA championships.

This shouldn't affect football, since the playoffs/championship isn't part of the NCAA, but things like volleyball, soccer, basketball and every olympic sport will be banned from championships.

Someone will surely cave. There's no way the NCAA would let CA schools get left out, and there's no way the California government would do that to their schools.
