RE: It is draftdaddy, Do you really trust them with a
If I break some rules of posting, I apolagize to those that run the board before hand.

I checked our logs at over at Draftdaddy.com and saw we were getting a lot of hits from the Cougar board, so I just wanted to checkout what was going on. I certainly didn't think the fans at B.Y.U. board would label our site -- which we've put endless hours of work on -- total garbage because we/(I) ranked the kid from Utah a "hair" ahead of J.Beck....

Let me respond: I think very highly of Beck and have stated that in the blog archives many times....even linked a N.F.L. scout claiming he was very impressed with Beck this season and saying Beck "went from a very likely free agent to a possible draft pick" this season.....

But Ratliff has done nothing to embarass himself or his team...Based on what we've seen, Ratliff looks a little bigger and that's important to NFL teams.

In the last 5 drafts, only 1 (Rex Grossman) of 27 QB's drafted on "Day 1" where shorter than 6' 2", so we wonder how big Beck is, as he's listed at 6' 2"?

That's the thing with Beck.....No disrespect to him or B.Y.U.

To the poster that labeled our site trash for not ranking Calvin Johnson and Dwayne Jarrett among the top WR's, please take a closer look -- We only ranked seniors with seniors.

They are both at the top of our junior list....

Now we now Calvin Johnson will go real high, but if we rank him with the seniors we have to rank all juniors with the seniors.

How many kids over time have come out school early because Kiper and the Net sites claim they are "can't misses", but then fall dramitically on draft day?

Brandon Browner, Earnest Shazor, Omar Joacobs, Len Dale White, Rein Long,ect....Actually, we are very proud of the fact that we don't rank juniors with seniors....

At least we admit we aren't pro scouts, but just averaging working folks that put together a website. We put out a lot info for free, while other sites charge a lot of money for less info.

Well, thanks for time and hits and good luck to Beck and the COugars in the Bowl game.
