I remember the place because it was originally called sober society. The owner, John, traded the restaurant to an insurance agent. Both were tired of their business, and John did think his kids where going to stay in the business. The guy who took over sober society, changed its name to Craig is. then sold the business to mike smith, but kept the patent on the bombs, but forgot to keep it up. So after the patent expired, calzones, pizza pockets and other things came around. Craigo’s grew and had to change their name to pizza pie cafe due to a craigos already in Utah. The pizza bomb was invented by johns oldest son in the late 60’s when he took a pizza out of the oven and dropped. It folded in half. He remade the pizza, and ate the other one. John saw him eating it and gave him an idea.
