Possible that due to tight labor market people are not afraid of losing their
jobs and are not producing as much? I have anecdotally noticed that people seem to have less drive post pandemic.

While that is historically low it is up slightly. Employment is up, productivity is down, way down.

Wages are technically up, but not at the pace of inflation, so less buying power
