But not the land. I have spent 202,000 so far, but I still have to pay for the furnace, the flooring, and I still have to pay about 10,000 between the sheet metal and drywall. Cabinets are going to be expensive too. About 20,000.

No. Out here in the county you just build what you want. It makes is risky to buy though.
