I'm with Geico, and the app and communication seems fantastic, but I've never actually had to use them other than
windshield replacement. Which was zero hassle.
I don't know how they compare with others on price, but I'm about to shop around. Currently at $7,200 a year on 3 cars, 4 drivers (2 teens). This is CA and me subsidizing all the uninsured and crappy drivers.
