I disagree. A good realtor when you are house hunting can be awesome
Or property hunting. As a buyer as a seller I don't really see the need for a realtor as much but as a buyer especially if you're looking all around the country a realtor can be very helpful of course you can do a lot of stuff yourself but

So the low-demand customers get to pay the Realtor’s insurance for the high-demand customers. Makes sense.
