Chefcurry Intervention Needed
If you are just looking to get leaner it’s all about calories intake at that
Point. Also, little things like making sure you get 10,000 steps in per day is super helpful. I got leaner doing just more walking as much as I could. I was realizing I was only getting in like 4,000-5,000 steps a day working from home so o would just start walking as much as I could and it got me leaner.
