It’s still a great result in year 1, but this will be what you see now when a new coach comes in. They maybe keep 1 or two holdovers from the team, bring in 2-4 guys from their team, and get started.

This is also what Indiana states and FDUs coach (last year) did when they moved up from D2. It makes sense that bringing in the best players from the school you just had enough success at to get a new job would help jump start your new stop.
