Been trying for 18 months to get a sports physical covered when step-daughter was double covered by 2 insurances that both cover at 100%. But because we have different kids with different primary and secondary (based on different divorce decrees with different arrangments of who provides coverage for who) these companies keep assuming that we all have the same coverage and that we're now lying to them or trying to get things covered that weren't. It's an absolute joke. Ended up paying out of pocket $1,100 for 3 counseling appointments that should have been double covered with zero out of pocket. We've written letters, faxed documents, made dozens of calls....and we're no closer than we were a year ago. And now we just got a call from dentist office saying DMBA won't cover because they're saying they're actually 3rd in line. NOBODY IN THE FAMILY HAS TRIPLE COVERAGE!
